NurseLink India is a verified nurse shift marketplace — India's first purpose-built platform for on-demand nursing. We connect NMC-registered nurses with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities across Delhi NCR, with plans to expand to Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad by Q4 2026.

The NurseLink platform is powered by AI-based geo-matching that analyses nurse specialty, location, ratings, and availability to match the right professional with the right shift. Our average shift fill time is 8 minutes — compared to the industry average of 4–6 hours through traditional agencies.

All nurses on the NurseLink platform are verified through the Nursing & Midwifery Council of India (NMC India) registry. NurseLink operates in compliance with India's Information Technology Act 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and applicable labour regulations.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do hospitals pay?

Hospitals are invoiced only when a shift is successfully filled and completed. If a shift goes unfilled, there is no charge.

Do nurses pay any fees?

No. Nurses join and use NurseLink completely free. There are zero deductions from nurse pay. Hospitals cover the platform commission.

How are payouts processed?

Nurse payouts are processed via UPI within 24 hours of shift completion. We support all major UPI apps including PhonePe, GPay, and Paytm.

Is there a minimum contract?

No lock-in, no retainer, no minimum. You pay only for what you use.

1. Data Controller

Nirogo Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, CIN: U72900DL2024PTC000000, registered in Delhi, India, is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed on the NurseLink platform.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Identity data: Name, date of birth, gender, profile photograph
• Contact data: Email address, mobile number, residential address
• Professional data: NMC registration number, nursing specialty, work experience, certifications
• Financial data: UPI ID, bank account details (for nurse payouts), billing information (for hospitals)
• Usage data: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, shift application history
• Location data: City and approximate location for shift matching (precise GPS only with explicit consent)

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Account creation, authentication, and identity verification
• NMC license verification through official government registries
• Matching nurses with hospital shift postings
• Processing payments and UPI payouts
• Communicating shift confirmations, updates, and platform notifications
• Improving platform quality, safety, and fraud prevention
• Legal compliance, taxation, and regulatory obligations

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only as necessary:

• With hospitals when you apply for a shift (name, specialty, rating, NMC status — not financial data)
• With nurses when a hospital views available staff (name, specialty, rating)
• With payment processors (Razorpay / Cashfree) to process transactions
• With NMC India for license verification
• With government authorities when legally required

We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for the duration of your account and for 7 years thereafter, as required by Indian tax and financial regulations. Shift records and payouts are retained for 8 years per applicable law. You may request deletion of non-mandatory data at any time.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, Firebase security rules, access controls, and regular security audits. Financial data is tokenized and never stored in plain text.

The NurseLink platform is intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "Platform" means nurselink.in and all associated mobile or web applications.
• "Nurse" means a registered user who is a nursing professional offering services.
• "Hospital" means a registered healthcare institution or facility posting shifts.
• "Shift" means a time-bound nursing duty posted by a Hospital on the Platform.
• "Commission" means the platform service charge payable by Hospitals on filled shifts.

2. Eligibility

To register as a Nurse, you must hold a valid NMC India registration. To register as a Hospital, your facility must hold requisite operational licences under applicable Indian law. Users must be at least 18 years of age.

3. NMC Verification

By registering as a nurse, you consent to NurseLink verifying your NMC registration number with NMC India. Providing false credentials is grounds for immediate termination and may attract legal liability.

4. Platform Role

NurseLink India operates as a technology intermediary facilitating connections between Nurses and Hospitals. The Company is not an employer of Nurses. Employment, engagement, or contractor relationships are formed directly between the Nurse and the Hospital. The Company is not responsible for the conduct, performance, or safety of either party during a shift.

5. Payments & Commission

• Hospitals are charged a commission of 8–10% on the shift pay for each successfully completed shift.
• Nurses receive 100% of the posted shift pay, paid via UPI within 24 hours of shift completion.
• The Company reserves the right to withhold payment pending dispute resolution.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false identity, credentials, or NMC registration details
• Circumventing the platform to arrange shifts off-platform after initial introduction
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour towards other users
• Misrepresenting qualifications, certifications, or experience
• Abandoning a confirmed shift without notice of at least 4 hours

7. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or harm to the platform community. Disputed terminations may be referred to the grievance process.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the Company's liability for any claim arising out of platform use shall not exceed the commission paid by the relevant Hospital in the 3 months preceding the claim. The Company is not liable for clinical outcomes, medical negligence, or patient harm.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be first addressed through the Company's grievance redressal process. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi. The governing law is the law of the Republic of India.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the arbitration clause above.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

For Hospitals — Shift Cancellation

• Cancelled 24+ hours before shift start: Full refund of any pre-payment. No commission charged.
• Cancelled 4–24 hours before shift start: 25% cancellation fee on the platform commission amount.
• Cancelled less than 4 hours before shift start: 50% cancellation fee on commission. The assigned nurse receives a cancellation allowance of ₹500.
• No-show (hospital closes access): Full nurse pay is released. Full commission charged.

For Nurses — Shift Abandonment

• Withdrawal 4+ hours before shift: No penalty. Shift reopens for new applicants.
• Withdrawal less than 4 hours before shift: A penalty of ₹200 may be applied and reflected on the nurse's profile.
• No-show without notice: ₹500 penalty; temporary suspension from platform; payout for that shift withheld pending review.

Payout Disputes

If a nurse believes a payout was incorrect, they must raise a dispute within 7 days of the shift date via payouts@nurselink.in. Disputes are resolved within 5 business days. Erroneous deductions are credited back immediately upon verification.

Platform Fee Refunds

Platform subscription or setup fees (if applicable under Enterprise plans) are non-refundable after 14 days of payment, except where required by law.

Platform Intermediary Role

NurseLink India is a technology marketplace that connects nursing professionals with healthcare facilities. Nirogo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is an intermediary as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and does not directly provide nursing or healthcare services.

No Employment Relationship

Use of the NurseLink platform does not create an employer-employee, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Nirogo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and any nurse or hospital. Nurses are independent professionals; their engagement with hospitals is governed solely by the terms agreed between them.

Clinical & Medical Disclaimer

NurseLink India does not provide medical advice, clinical guidelines, or healthcare recommendations. The platform facilitates staffing logistics only. Clinical decisions, patient safety, and medical outcomes are the sole responsibility of the engaging healthcare facility and the nursing professional. The Company shall bear no liability for any clinical outcomes, medical errors, or patient harm arising from shifts arranged through the platform.

NMC Verification Limitation

While NurseLink verifies NMC registration status at the time of onboarding, the Company cannot guarantee continuous validity of licences or certifications. Hospitals are advised to conduct their own due diligence as required by their institutional policies and applicable regulations.

Accuracy of Information

The Company endeavours to maintain accurate platform data but makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of shift listings, nurse profiles, or hospital information. Users are encouraged to independently verify all material information before entering into any engagement.

Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
